About GovTech & AI Foundation

I am the founder of the GovTech & AI Foundation, a public organization dedicated to promoting digital transformation in government, business, and society through education, research, and innovation. The Foundation focuses on the safe and responsible implementation of digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, and the development of new digital interactions in society.

Our key objectives include:

• Enhancing digital competencies in Kazakhstan and internationally through education and training programs;

• Conducting research and analysis on AI-driven digital transformation in governance, economy, and social systems;

• Developing guidelines, programs, and methodological materials to support individuals, companies, and government agencies in adopting ICT and AI technologies;

• Facilitating the modernization and digital transformation of organizations, startups, and entrepreneurial initiatives;

• Promoting digital literacy among children from disadvantaged backgrounds, orphans, and socially vulnerable groups;

• Supporting educational institutions and NGOs with resources and guidance, particularly in rural regions;

• Advocating for the protection of citizens’ digital rights and responsible use of emerging technologies;

• Organizing conferences, forums, and publishing educational materials to raise awareness and competencies in the digital sphere.
