I am Alfiya Kazi, an expert in Digital Regulation, Digital Transformation, and government digitalization with more than 20 years of experience in developing legislation, national ICT standards, and strategic initiatives for digital transformation.
I was among the early contributors to the development of Kazakhstan’s e-government, participating in the creation of key laws, programs, and standards in the field of ICT and artificial intelligence, and representing the country in international working groups on digital development.
Today, I focus on analytics and strategic consulting in digital transformation, AI, and technology regulation, working with government bodies, international organizations (including the World Bank), expert communities, and technological initiatives.
My professional mission is to create clear, human-centred rules for the digital society and to help governments and businesses safely implement the technologies of the future.
