I have participated in the development of more than 100 regulatory legal acts and was also involved in the creation and implementation of the Law “On Informatization,” as well as legal norms related to the development of e-government, information security, digital platforms, the service model of informatization, and the regulation of digital technologies.
My key areas of expertise include:
regulation of artificial intelligence;
Big Data and public-sector data;
standardization of ICT and digital services;
digital architecture of public administration;
regulatory support for sectoral digitalization;
harmonization of international standards (CIS, IEEE).
Today, I am engaged in advancing Kazakhstan’s modern digital legislation, placing particular emphasis on security, transparency, technology ethics, and the protection of user rights in the digital environment.
